Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

It was such an amazing place to stay, my partner and I loved the apartment so much! The overall location was beautiful.. the only downside was the parking situation but other than that everything was perfect!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

I absolutely loved Elio’s place! ♥️🌹 Very modern, quaint, private and comfortable. The kitchen is so functional and beautiful and EVERYTHING is above standard grade. Love the area. Just stunning!! Plenty of food options! Couple of things just to be mindful of. The apartment is located on the third floor so if you need a mobile accommodation of some sort, it may not be available as there are no elevators. The water takes a little long to heat up but will get hot after while, just bathe in a reasonable amount time or it will begin to get cold again. Not a huge drawback though. Check-out is at 11 am. I requested an extension to noon and never received a response. ☹️ Otherwise this place is a gem 💎 that I will visit again and again and again. ♥️

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Our stay was great! Host very responsive and courteous. The property suited our needs and very safe surroundings. The 3 private bedrooms and parking was definitely a huge plus. I am traveling with my elderly mom and 2 kids and everyone was comfortable. TVs in every room was also a bonus along with having the privacy of being on a floor with no other unit. We ran into a hiccup with our car and had to be towed. Although we checked out already, the host was gracious enough to let us sit in the unit until we were towed. I travel several times a year to visit family and this property for sure will be our new go to.

I was here with my husband and 3 adult children visiting family in Larchmont. We made one trip into NYC which was very easy, great location. We enjoyed our stay! I loved the space and tasteful decor.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maritza’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in sending us the instructions to the house. The house was very clean and homey. The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

Stay was great very clean, we would definitely use again if we come to New Jersey, parking is a little tough but apart from that everything was great!

I only have positive things to say about Charlie and this house. It is newly renovated and feels luxurious. Charlie responds very fast and is extremely polite and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and welcoming home in Suffern. The space was spotless, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and clean place to stay!

Usufruímos deste apartamento em família, num grupo de 6 adultos. A nossa estadia foi perfeita, apartamento espaçoso, agradavelmente decorado com cozinha bem equipada, qualidade e totalmente funcional. O terraço tem uma excelente vista panorâmica, sendo que o clima não nos permitiu a sua utilização. Conforto e limpeza 5 estrelas. Foi uma ótima base para explorarmos NYC, encontrando aqui um refúgio calmo para o necessário descanso e convívio familiar. Fácil acessibilidade por transporte público. No nosso caso Uber/Lyft que em 10 minutos nos colocavam na estação de Hoboken. Sem dúvida que voltaremos a considerar esta opção numa futura visita.

We had a great stay! The unit is a perfect size for a couple and has been recently updated. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Perfect for access to the PATH and everything Hoboken has to offer!

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !

Wir hatten 12 sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Christabella. Die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl New York City als auch die reizvollen Gegenden am Westufer des Hudson River zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch: Der nahegelegene PATH-Train bringt einen in nur 8 Minuten zum World Trade Center und in 19 Minuten zum Empire State Building – die Anbindung an Manhattan ist also perfekt. Aber auch Jersey City selbst hat viel zu bieten, mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Christabella war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genauso, wie sie beschrieben wurde – sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
