Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!

Ausadie is a registered local and National Historic property, located in the Medical and Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, for live theatres, Coe college and many churches in restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and fully-equipped gym are also included. Our secure building will feel like your home away from home!

Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

It's truly a gift to be able to share my home with others and we look forward to accommodating travelers from all stages of life. For a while, “hot water” was listed as something that was “unavailable”; this is not the case. The house is fully equipped with hot water
