Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.
