This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.

We are a 3 minute drive from the Kimberley Nordic Centre (cross country skiing) and a 3 minute drive from the Trickle Creek Golf Course, located just down the hill.

Located in Fernie's Annex, 15-20 minutes walk to the downtown core, and 10 minutes drive to the ski hill. Centrally located to all the mountain bike trails. Recently built in 2014, this is a modern style open concept house with great views all around. The house has reversed living, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas upstairs so as to take advantage of the views.
