Reeds and Rushes Lakeside cottage sits on 5 acres on Long Lake in northern Maine in the quiet town of Saint Agatha. This quaint cottage is professionally renovated with exquisite detail. A public boat launch is a quarter mile down the road to conveniently launch your boat and bring it over to our private dock. In the winter, there is ample parking for your snowmobile trailer and access from the property to the lake trail. Unfortunately, this exceptionally clean abode does not allow pets.

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. Snowmobile/ATV Haven, located in Washburn, Maine "The Hub of Aroostook County." Our 3 bedroom ranch home has direct access to ITS 83/105 snowmobile/ATV trails. There are various small and large trail loops for your riding enjoyment. Non-ethanol fuel is available locally, as well as a small local diner and Country Store. Additional dining/shopping options are available in nearby Presque Isle (10 Miles) and Caribou (8 Miles).

Stay on the lake and make this cozy studio apartment a home base for all your Northern Maine adventures! This is a self-contained unit above a detached garage. Room to park two to three vehicles outside and space for several snowmobiles. Kayaks are available to borrow.
