Comfortably sleeps 8 adults & is equipped with 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with a TV, dining area, 2 bedrooms & a loft.

Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is 1 exit to the U of A. Walmart, Lowe's & several restaurants nearby. Features a queen bed, counter table w/stools, small fridge, microwave, coffee service & TV. Pull right up to the front door! Hog Valley amenities included. While we offer several tv channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS- NO SMOKING OR VAPING!
