No cleaning fees! A peaceful place to unwind and rest. We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Come stay at this newly remodeled home located less than a mile away from the Johnson City Medical Center! This cute bungalow is perfect for travel nurses or contractors looking for a place for a long term stay. New! The basement is now available as your personal laundromat with 5 washers and 5 dryers! I occasionally swing by to do linens for this Airbnb and one other that I have when it turns, and the basement is completely separated from the house with its own exterior door for access.

We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

We love this location because it is so close to where we work, live and play. The blue and gold décor theme is inspired by our love for the ETSU campus and community. The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the football team at Greene Stadium. Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.
