Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023.
