The Red House

The Red house sits on a private lot. Step back in time when you enter this retro cabin. The Red House is close to the Bristol Speedway, a 20 minute drive from the oldest town in Tennessee, JonesbouroughTn ,where you can come for the storytelling weekend, or other Festivals around the area. Just a little over an hour drive to Beech Mountain. And other activities in the area. there is a boat ramp 3 or 4 miles from the property where you can unload a boat, kayaks, or fish from the boat ramp.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
