We are less than a mile away from several parks and Sports Complexes and 20 min to Round Top Antique Fest and Washington on the Brazos.

This 326 sq.' of comfort is small, but feels spacious once inside. The sofa opens into a full size, comfortable bed. We are minutes from great restaurants, antiques, and fun. Close to Brenham, Roundtop, Carmine, Burton, Bellville, Fayetteville, Giddings and Lake Somerville state park.

North of Chappell Hill, this historic home has a chef’s kitchen and 4 downstairs bedrooms, each with bath access. The 5th en suite bedroom with bath and sitting area is upstairs. My hope is minutes away from wedding venues. It is close to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park , Brenham and Round Top. (Kyle Field in College station is 35 minutes away.)
