The WYOMING BEDROOM has a Woodsy theme & has it's own Private Bath behind the bedroom and also a private deck. It is by far the "Favorite" of our rooms. At The Winchester House we serve a Pastry of some sort, Fruit and coffee or Juice ( Served in our newly remodeled Dining Room) In St. George there is ALWAYS something fun happening. You will be glad you chose to come and stay with us. Near the Winchester House is Hiking, Biking with many trails. Also, we are across from Snow Canyon State Park.

Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast - Room 203

We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast located in Springdale only 3/4 miles to the entrance of Zion National Park. We are situated on 2.5 acres of green lawn & desert landscaping that offer stunning views of the canyon from any one of our many sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos to-go & coffee to fuel your day of hiking & adventure. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation.

The Garden Suite

This is our Garden Suite. Perfect to relax after visiting Zion. Located on the main level of the home. This suite has a bedroom w/private attached bathroom, separate living room w/a TV, sofa, lounger, and direct access to the rear garden. So the backyard is an extension of your space. The sofa can pull out to a queen sleeper. So this suite can accommodate more than 2 people. Please contact us before booking (there is a charge) for more than 2 people or if you’d like the pullout bed available.

Home Away From Home (Playground)

We are close to Zion National Park, Sand Hallow Reservoir, Quail creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs State Park, 20 different Golf courses, Sand Dunes, Brian Head Ski Resort, St George Marathon, Tuachan Theater, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Grand Canyon, & Lake Powell. 2 hours from the Las Vegas Airport, & only 45 minutes from the St. George Airport. No Pets allowed inside the home. Outside kennel available. Clean & comfy beds. Great for couples, families with kids, business travelers, and big groups.

Two Comfy Private Rms - True B&B near Zion

You have two upstairs rooms & a private Full Bath, plus access to a 1/2 bath off the entry, if needed. 1 The Cowboy room -12X22ft, has 3 beds: Queen, Double & a Single. 2 The Blue Room -12X16ft, has a queen bed. Both rooms have a space heater in winter, air unit in summer, small worktable, chair, & small refrigerator each. Breakfast is cereal-bread-fruit-Almond milk-Yogurt-Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it in the morning. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well.

NO extra cleaning fees, and a hot breakfast is included! We love hosting guests; you'll feel like family! Zion Suite

Zion's Suite is a newly renovated, private room with your relaxation and privacy in mind. You have your own private entrance into the room with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A private driveway is provided with off street parking is provided. The rest of the home is occupied by a family with two small dogs. We try our best to be respectful of our guests and keep the noise to a minimum. Please come and enjoy your stay!

ZION'S MODERN B&B - Heller House Inn-Upstairs Rm 4

We encouraged you to just crawl out of your new bed and have breakfast in the cozy robes that are provided for your stay…..just like home. Our great room coffee/tea center has a Keurig that is available to you 24/7. And, for your convenience, each room has its own designated refrigerator in the guest kitchen and the dining room pantry and refrigerator is stocked with breakfast items for you.

Red Rock Inn - Narrows

Attractively appointed with one king bed, this cottage can accommodate two people. It features beautiful garden and canyon views under the shade of one of Springdale’s oldest pecan trees. This cottage has a private entrance, individual patio, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player, refrigerator and in-room safe. The private bathroom features a single person tub and separate walk-in-shower.

B&B Private Suite - Queen Bed - Easy Walking Distance to Free Springdale/Zion National Park Shuttle

Canyon Vista Lodge is one of the premier bed and breakfast lodges in the National Park system. Offers an ideal location for Zion Park lodging. This riverside property has rustic-elegant suites with private entrances, bath, comfortable queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette and sitting areas.
