The Loft is located is a quiet rural area, 10 minutes from Waterford City and 30 minutes from Kilkenny City. Our newly converted apartment is a self contained unit with an open plan Kitchen, Living and bedroom area. It has a cosy yet spacious feel to it, where you can relax and unwind. The sleeping area has a double bed and also a small sofa bed ( suitable for a child if required ). It also has a sizeable decking for outdoor dining. It is adjacent to our home with its own private entrance.

The space cleverly layed out to be very useful with an air to water heating system make this home very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, with top brand appliances.
