The flat has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Waterloo/ Crosby has a fantsastic array of bars,restaurants and shops all within a short stroll, or hop on the train to Liverpool city centre (15 minutes) or 10 mins to the National Trust’s stunning Formby pine woods.

Crosby makes for a great day trip from nearby Liverpool while others choose the town as a tranquil base from which to explore the area. With a strong connection to the Irish Sea, Crosby is popular among locals for its marina – a hot spot for diverse wildlife – and Crosby Beach, home to the iconic Another Place art installation.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.
