It's perched above Sodus Bay w/ perfect sunset views & stairs down to private seasonal dock, sitting area, private rock beach, 2-person & 1-person kayaks, canoe, & floats. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.

The Hillside House offers a great getaway for family and friends. Enjoy a newly renovated house overlooking Tranquil Sodus Bay. Centrally located to superb golf, fishing, beach going, water recreation, apple-picking and hiking. Adjacent to Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club, Sodus Bay Beach, Beechwood State Park, Chimney Bluff State Park and many public and private access points. A true hidden gem for a perfect relaxing weekend or a long stay.

Fair Haven White House

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.

Turtle Cove

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal). Also, close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the water. We also have 2 kayaks with paddles for use, a fire pit and a basketball hoop.
