Perfect spot for lots of family to stay together right outside of Faribault. Lots of space and really comfortable - we spent every morning and evening sitting together in the living room looking out onto the lake and hanging out. Great spot to recharge after long days of activities. Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had over text. I've recommended it to all my Minnesota Family for a nice getaway or a place to have out of town family stay.

We had such a great stay! The home was exactly as described, Kelly was extremely responsive, easy to find, many things to do in the area, private area, and it was so nice having ziplocks, condiments, seasonings, shampoo, etc. available for us! This property exceeded our expectations in every way! I noticed when we pulled up to the home that the exterior was pristine and neatly maintained. There were so many cozy corners. The decor is charming and well done. There are a lot of “extras” that make relaxing easier to do. We would love to come back some day…just to stay here.

Cute house, across the street from a creek and park with walking paths. Comfy bed, well appointed kitchen. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. A very fancy Kohler bidet was a nice feature. Perfect place for a weeklong stay while doing inspections in the area.

This Airbnb was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for our trip, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The host was communicative and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! We stayed for an extended Super Bowl/birthday weekend and had a great time. Super responsive to messages when there was a very small issue and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. We would love to go back in summer. Very efficient space for a large group and the new hot tub was a hit with everyone in our party. Thank you!

This was our family's second stay at Martha's home, and once again, it did not disappoint. In fact, this is my favorite AirBnB in Minneapolis, a wonderful home away from home while visiting our daughter. We find it to be so comfortable, spacious and light. The location is super convenient...close to it all, yet tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great proximity to walk Lake of the Isles, Walker Art Center, Loring Park, downtown, grocery, coffee shops, etc. Martha is a friendly and communicative host. Easy dedicated parking and access. Highly recommended!

Lynnell’s home was immaculate, each bathroom had its own towels and amenities. There’s a large basement with a great sectional, perfect for playing video games or watching a family movie. Every light switch has a label which I appreciated, as the house is quite large with many lights etc… The table is sturdy plus the large square island made it easy to serve and feed my large family of 6 kids. She’s quick to respond and easy to work with for early and late check-ins. We would definitely stay here again! Cathie and Larry

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.
