Nestled in the heart of Victor, NY this fully renovated apartment is a must stay! Located just north of Canandaigua Lake, south of the city of Rochester and 5 minutes from I-90! This charming apartment includes one full bathroom/laundry room, an open concept kitchen/living area, kitchen island with new stainless appliances and quartz counters. Two bedrooms, primary has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. Apartment is located ABOVE/REAR of the main Victorian home.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
