Exceptional room and study area.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2nd floor flat. Restaurants, shops, bars, cinema, marina and the waterfront are all within walking distance. So much to see and do in Southampton, it's a fantastic city for a break away or a great start to your holiday if you are embarking on a cruise as is only 5 mins walk from dock gate 4. This flat is full of character and charm with high ceilings, a rare private sunny spacious communal garden and free parking.

Our apartment is in the heart of the city centre. It is close to all public transport, Oxford St, West Quay shopping centre, Solent University, Ocean Village & a short walk to the Mayflower theatre & many more other attractions. The apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families. 75m away is a multi story car park which is £5 for 24 hours. Roadside parking is free outside between 8pm and 8am. Includes wireless internet & Netflix.

The Annexe at Longacre, near Winchester

The Annexe is a bright and airy self contained house separate from our home. The accomodation is over two floors with wonderful views out to the Hampshire countryside. We are on a quiet private country road 2 miles from the vibrant city of Winchester, 6 miles from Southampton Airport and 3 miles from IBM Hursley. The Nest

The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee.
