Tiny Home Camping for 2 with Hot Tub & Outhouse

Experience a unique winter camping retreat for two in our wood-stove-heated tiny home. Complete with an outdoor shower, outhouse, covered hot tub, and a propane BBQ for cooking. The campfire pit and picnic table sitting area are open all year. This holiday rental setup is designed for couples and located on our working hobby farm right off a main highway. * Please note, the outdoor shower and bar closes seasonally due to freezing temperatures with no alternative available. Reopens May 2026.

Bunkie in the Country

Now CLOSED until spring The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. We have 1 large dog on site (lives in the house). For allergenic reasons and safety of other animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!

Our comfy one-room cabin sits on the edge of 40 wooded acres, overlooking a pastoral valley. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast (included) on the deck while taking in the countryside view, and in the evening, lose yourself in the deep, dark, star-studded sapphire sky. Private waterfront cottage 15 mins north of Owen Sound on the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay. With a 150 feet of shoreline shared only with a neighbouring cottage, enjoy the stunning sunrises, relax on a lounger, go for a swim, kayak, paddle board, go fishing or have a camp fire and stargaze. Use our cottage as a jumping off point for many hikes along the Bruce Trail, Sauble Beach (35min), Tobermory (70min) and many more. Or just work from here while enjoying the great view and wifi.

Follow the forest pathway to our 2 new 'glamping bunkies'. The Owl’s Roost features a large loft and treetop deck to surround you with the beauty of nature. Just 1 hr from Pearson and 45 min. to Georgian Bay, Mulmur straddles the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere. We are next to 400 acres of conservation land in the Pine River Valley including part of the Bruce Trail. Our site can accomodate families, friends or groups. Not a camper? Has all the basic comforts including spacious 3 piece bathroom. Close drive to beaches and many hikes and cross country ski trails in the area. It is also a 15 minute drive from Beaver Valley Ski Club and a number of different cideries. Shared heated pool available for the summer months. Window Aircon/pool opens end of May or June.

It is nestled in the edge of the bush, that provides kilometres of hiking trails. The cabin is also situated on a pond so you can spend your days swimming, canoeing, fishing and exploring this nature lover's paradise. Spend your time here unplugging from your everyday life and reconnecting to the healing properties of a natural environment.
