There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Birdhouse on the Lake is located on 39 wooded acres on Lake Livingston! You have wonderful lake sunset views, woods to explore, and space to make memories and relax! The entire house was remodeled in Fall of 2021! A new AC unit was installed as well. The house has a game room, outdoor yard games, and a fire pit! Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
