The Stone Cabin-Wood Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!

Newly renovated 1900’s farmhouse with attention to detail. Historic home with current new fixtures. This gorgeous home has beautiful bathroom with a large shower and a double slipper clawfoot tub.
