Rustic Cottage in a Wild Flower Meadow

Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. The spacious enclosed garden has uninterrupted far reaching views of this wonderful constable countryside. There is an abundance of foot paths and wild life all around the property and only a 10 mins walk to the village of Hartest which has a great country pub. Close to market town of Bury St Edmunds and villages of Lavenham and Long Melford this is a perfect place to explore suffolk.

Old Post Office Stable sits in the heart of a conservation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Thorpe Abbotts is home to the 100th Bomber Group Museum. They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

The Coach House

A beautifully renovated self-contained coach house set in the grounds of Pound Hall, enjoying stunning views of Melford Hall and the beautiful countryside. Sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, with a sofa bed, ideal for a child in the sitting area. The Coach House offers luxury accommodation with a private garden opening onto fields and is a 5 minute walk from Holy Trinity Church and the village. The owners live on site and are on hand to accommodate requests.
