Fabulous house, beautiful surroundings and well equipped. It was so easy to get to the beach and buses to Bournemouth were close by. Sitting in the garden was so peaceful and it was a great venue to celebrate a special birthday for one of us! Our only issue was that we didn't stay longer but we will be back. Thank you Louise.

McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Communication was quick and easy with Natasha. Drove through New Forest and saw the wild horses, then soon at the Ferry. Ferry was very well organised and they even knew our names at the check in booth! Access was straightforward, very clean and tidy throughout. Literally less than 10 mins from ferry, but far enough away in a quiet little area. Beautiful clean cosy cottage, very comfortable living. Situated in an excellent position.Small gated garden opening out onto large grass area.Then steps down to beach and licensed cafe. Forest to left of the cottage-long walks and great views. Super dog friendly-seemed every where in the Isle of Wight-in multiple cafes,pubs and restaurants, dogs spoilt, given their own complementary treats and water!Fully recommended for a couple(s) or family get aways and even spoiling the pooch.Thank you very much for having us,we felt very welcomed and really enjoyed every minute-could quite easily live there! Great location , beach very close .10 min walk to bars and restaurants of southbourne.Flat was great decent open plan area , good shower and comfortable beds with nice clean linen

I lived in Swanage and owned a property there in the mid 80’s and I have been a regular visitor in the years since I left. I can say in all honesty that Sebastian’s place is my new favourite place to stay in Swanage. Location, views, character, contents and a great bed with top notch bed linen - all very impressive, We look forward very much to another stay

We had a great Easter in this lovely apartment. It was beautifully kitted out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just minutes from the beach and it also has a couple of great restaurants and coffee shops within a 10minute walk. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area. Thanks Nicky!

We had an amazing stay at Lymore Orchard. The thought to detail and all the added extras was such a nice touch. The cabin and garden is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. Our only regret is not booking for longer!

This is one of the best places we've stayed. everything was clean and bright. The Continental breakfast was delightful and we ate on the beautiful terrace. We would absolutely recommend this venue and will, hopefully be back again.

Had a fantastic 4 day stay. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful area with stunning scenery and great walks. Hosts were superb, proactive and very quick with return communication. Would 100% recommend

Just the sort of place we were looking for - we visit relations in the area regularly. Mudeford Quay is close and is a great place to catch evening sun and meal. The beach Hut is a bit further (walkable) in the other direction and has excellent breakfasts and you can sit at tables on the beach! Caravan: WiFi is great, good TV, well appointed kitchen - and comfortable bed. Bella our Lurcher certainly enjoyed the stay. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looks good.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The host left our son a toy Easter bunny which was a lovely touch. The van was pristine and felt right at home. Me and my partner were amazed with how well equipped the van was and what the host had supplied. You name it this vans got it! Thank you again for a brilliant experience for me and my family. The clubhouse and leisure centre was fantastic as well 👍🏼

We have just returned from Carlys, beach gateaway caravan. It was amazing completely soptless, with everything you need and more. The board games were a nice surprise as we had forgotten ours. The place is just as described and lotsbof personal touches that makes the stay all the more enjoyable. The facilities at the park are great, from swimmig to soft play and the beach is a 10/15 walk from the caravan. Thanks for a fab stay Carly, we hope to be back soon.

We needed a place to stay to visit my daughters and to check out the local area as we are looking to move to the area. The accommodation was just the ticket. It was easy to find and was walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. It was very clean, and they provided everything we needed (particularly like the welcome pack). The instructions were spot on, and they even provided details regarding local shops and restaurants. It was certainly big enough, with a very spacious living area and kitchen. All in all an amazing experience. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in Richard's place. Everything was as described and immaculately clean. He was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions and very useful tips on local restaurants, things to do etc. The hot tub was amazing and the girls enjoyed using the swimming pool. The location is ideal to get to the Needles, Alum Bay, Freshwater etc and the local beach is an absolute plus! Thanks Richard!

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful location right next to the beach. We've had such a nice time visiting family nearby and Rebecca's accommodation provided us with the most cosy and comfortable place to stay. Spotlessly clean and so well equipted, everything we needed for a long weekend. My four year old granddaughter was delighted to be so near the beach and enjoyed crabbing at Mudeford Quay, right on the doorstep. She loved the outdoor pool and the park. A peaceful location for adults too! Would definately recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodation was perfectly located - just a few steps from the beach, with a small sea view and tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The site itself was fantastic, with both children's and adults' pools that were not just "heated" but actually warm and inviting, such a treat! The luxury sun loungers around the pool were a lovely touch. The home was immaculate, spacious, and comfortably and would easily fit four. We honestly can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic new year break. The house is really spacious and perfect for a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Kitchen was very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. Ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and town.

Really enjoyed our stay at John’s Airbnb. Warm friendly welcome from Maggie on arrival & a follow up message from John checking that we had everything we needed. The flat was spacious & spotlessly clean with everything we needed & more to enjoy our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable & the location was peaceful with a lovely garden. Quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the town with some very nice restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to the beach & about 10/15 walk to Highcliffe castle. (Amazing tea room). Lots of interesting places to visit within a short drive making the location a perfect base for exploring. Highly recommend.

We were a multigenerational family group , including young grandchildren, wanting a nice relaxing holiday by the seaside, with things to do for everyone. The Gate House was exactly what we needed, with lots of room and excellent facilities! We had shared time and privacy with large communal living and dining space and a lovely enclosed safe garden and outdoor dining facilities. We knew the area but the recommended dining options were excellent. Great beers from The Bus, excellent wood fire pizzas from the beach pop up, great burgers by Fat Shaun and a Greek takeaway from the Piano bar.,with Sunset drinks in The Albion. An easy short walk to the beach, which though a bit pebbly was an ideal location on the sunny days for family fun, with Sandcastles. The sea was good for paddling, jumping and swimming and easy access to the cafe for drinks and ice creams. Sam and Simon were excellent hosts and we have no problem in recommending this fantastic holiday venue and hosts!

Lovely stay at kellys apartment. Kelly messaged to say we could arrive earlier if we wanted to, which was very helpful with three children. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again ourselves.

We had an amazing time at Annie’s place. She was always available by phone and easy to communicate with. We were warmly welcomed by her husband, Mark, and her son, Oshi, who were both incredibly helpful. Mark, in particular, was a lot of fun and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The property looked exactly like the listing—if not better in person. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return!

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect location in a lovely park with loads to do. The place was perfect! Comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to have an amazing holiday!
