The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an ANOB close to the coast, it is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities & light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room (or garden). You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge. Sorry, not suitable for children or if you are without a car.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The studio is attached to the main house , but is completely self contained with its own private entrance and a small private outside courtyard area .Parking for one car on driveway

Great links to Bournemouth town centre, Christchurch, Hengistbury Head. Pokesdown train station just a 10 minute walk away. New forest a short drive away. Local shops 5 mins walk Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues close by. Great base to explore Fully equipped kitchen, Modern shower room, TV, Wifi, Comfortable living/dining area

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

With its own private entrance, garden and summerhouse, this beautiful 1 bed annexe is very stylish and cosy. Located in the sought after Southbourne area of Bournemouth, within easy walking distance of all local amenities and the beautiful sandy beaches. Also within reach are Tuckton (river Stour), Christchurch and Hengistbury Head. Easy access to bus routes, railway and airport. Well placed to explore the New Forest to the East and Poole, the Purbecks and Jurassic coast to the West.

Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

Hamworthy beach, park and paddling pool just a 15 mins walk. Local shops, pubs and takeaways less than 5 mins walk and Poole Town Centre & Quay a 30mins walk or 5 mins drive.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.
