Queen bed in small nook with barn doors for privacy & king bed in our low-ceiling upstairs loft area. Sofa bed & 70" TV in living room. STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Quiet time is 9:30 pm. A $500 fine for smoking violation. Guests can use the front yard to smoke.
