Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

A comfy and private STUDIO ROOM perfect for your next LA stay. You have your own private entrance and the whole GUEST ROOM to yourself. Equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette with all basic cooking necessities, a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room receives a lot of natural light, making it very welcoming and peaceful. There is a small patio area for you to enjoy the beautiful California weather as well as a large back yard. Parking spot is the front space of the house shown in pictures.

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

We have a beautiful private room with a private full bathroom, walk-in closet and a separate entrance. We are less than 10 min away from LAX and just over 1 mile away from the beach. We have an incredible location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also have plenty of street parking available right outside our place.

Del Rey Private Modern Ocean Breeze Suite

Wonderful, Quiet, Modern Suite in the Del Rey area adjacent to the Silicon Beach in Playa Vista. Outdoor private sundeck with teak table. The private entrance on the side of the main house for the suite. Walking distance to Marina Del Rey (15 min). Venice Beach (10 min. drive) to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. 10 minutes to LAX.
