It has a private entrance and patio, a very comfortable queen bed and located in a SAFE quiet,residential neighborhood with FREE easy street parking-walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc (ie Marina Marketplace) and 2 miles to the famous Venice Beach/Boardwalk. With numerous amenities (ie: free premium streaming services), you’ll love the comfort and convenience of this tranquil space.

King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).
