Piers was very helpful, always on hand & only a message away. The informative given about the local area & lots of eating recommendations were excellent. The driving instructions were very useful, especially following his final directions. Great location for Kingsbridge, Salcombe and surrounding areas.

This is our fifth year coming to the farm. Larissa is absolutely masterful with kids of all ages (even tough kids). My daughter races out at 9 am to do farm chores and begs for more (and this is a kid who drags her feet doing chores at home)!! We love the rhythm of farm and find it really easy to disconnect and unwind. After chores in the morning, you're welcome to spend as much time as you want with the animals, which is a real treat. Whether it's feeding the horses hay, sharing food scraps with the goats, or watching the chickens do their evening routine, there's so much to enjoy. The local towns are lovely, but if you like the farm experience, you may never leave the property. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience and expertise. She has created an absolutely magical environment, and I would highly recommend visiting!!

Amazing time spent at Gail’s farm! The yoga studio and the working farm were wonderful and relaxing. Saw some owls up close and personal as well. Would 100% go back!

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at The Carriage Barn in Guilford. Our host, Katherine, was very responsive to everything we might have needed during our visit: a very easy check in and out process, detailed instructions on how everything worked, items for our comfort (a gift of delicious chocolates, many fluffy towels, silky sheets, etc.), and was easily available via texting. The photos of her restored historic barn are very accurate - it's a beautifully designed renovation and is decorated with lovely art pieces, cozy furniture, and a huge library of books for your enjoyment. The tv works great and so does the WiFii. We traveled with our small dog and there is a baby gate available that easily snaps onto the staircase posts so I was not concerned about my dog's safety.. Best of all is the beautiful views of the gorgeous Vermont countryside. You'll see lovely sunsets here and spectacular sunrises. It's a great spot to truly relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and was just as described and shown in the photos. Watched 8 deer walking around the back lawn as we sipped our coffee. Loved the bose with surround sound that we were able to play our music on. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

What a beautiful place! Sarah and Bert’s place was one of a kind! Superb location with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains! We booked this location for our family snowboarding trip, there was ample space for us to eat and enjoy family time. Great kitchen to cook and socialize with everybody. I can’t say enough about this home. Sarah and Bert were excellent hosts and we communicated effortlessly and they provided a very positive experience. If you’re planning a trip to the area for adventure or just a getaway, I would highly recommend staying at Fielders farm!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful place! I cannot wait to stay again. The hosts were amazing and attentive to every need. This location is out of the city and you truly have the peace and quiet of the country. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Kevin and Mina’s barn is incredible. Lots of time and effort put into making it such a great space.

We had a lovely stay. The barn was really well presented and comfortable, with everything you need for a stay, including some lovely additional personal touches from Sonia. Sonia was really welcoming and showed us round when we arrived. It’s in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. There is plenty to do in the area and Sonia gave us some great recommendations.

Very, Very special place. Cathy and Daryl were attentive, and thoughtful during our stay. It was a huge blessing for our family to spend a few days in the beauty of their place. We will hopefully be back soon!

The most charming, unique, fabulous AirBnB we’ve stayed in! The Barn is incredible and we would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area. The property is lovely and feels private while being an easy 10-15 minute drive to all the restaurants/shopping in the Square. Every single detail was intentional and high-quality - the bedsheets, the kitchen supplies, every piece of decor. We had an amazing weekend and appreciate Linda for being such a thoughtful host! Would highly recommend staying at the Barn!

The house was beautiful. we had 5 friends staying there and each had their own bedroom and private bath, with spacious common areas inside and out. It was perfect. Gideon and Ahna were helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family absolutely loved this charming barn as a quiet getaway. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. The views, the birds, the firepit, it was all so peaceful. It has everything you need for a comfortable weekend away from home.

This place is gorgeous, a great location, sparkling clean, quiet, comfy and perfect for a girls weekend. It had everything we needed (including sweeteners and cream and coffee!) plenty of space for the two of us. We felt safe and got plenty of good sleep! I would recommend Lois’ place to anyone and hope to stay there again next time I’m in town!

Lovely, cozy and peaceful apt to enjoy farm life from. Grandkids loved the basketball court, fire pit and all the animals. Grandson said pull out sofa bed was extra comfy. We loved feeding, petting the cats, goats & cows. I enjoyed every aspect of this rentals, both inside and out.

I have stayed at Aaron’s place before and liked it, so I went back. Peaceful just right outside of town in a perfect location. Aaron is always quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing stay! It was welcoming, spacious, super cute, and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the cows. our 9 month old loved crawling around. The bed was so comfy we did not want to leave! Highly recommend this place. It is far better than a hotel.

Julia’s place was very relaxing, clean and everything we needed while traveling from GA to NY. Loved being out in the country. Would definitely stay again.

Spectacular weekend, beautiful farm with lot of animals doing their thing. Very spacious and immaculate throughout. The bed is super comfortable and we absolutely loved the back porch for our morning coffee. Everything from the cooktop, toaster, coffee maker are well appointed top of the line. Our only regret was not staying a third night. Also Marylouise and her husband could not have been nicer, their love of what they do is evident throughout the property. We will be back.

We had stayed at this place a few years ago for a couples retreat and really enjoyed it. We booked it again as we had enjoyed it the first time. It's a nice location that is off the beaten path and pretty private and quiet. The home is well furnished and taken care of. Everything that we needed was provided. We loved using the hot tub with the snow falling! We are already planning to go back next year!

This was a great place to stay for the night while we were in town for a conference for families who have special children like my son. Who were born with an extremely rare Genetic Condition Called KPTN. The barn was very clean, and felt like home. We showed up later than expected that night due to the rain and darkness. “And almost hitting a deer standing in the middle of the road.” The owners friendly little dogs greeted us outside from their home next door. (They did not approach us. Which was nice because sometimes that can be a little scary.) My kids really loved them. We didn’t spend much time here besides to sleep and shower and take off early in the morning. However we did enjoy the scenery surrounding the area a little before checking out. My kids were also thankful for the cinnamon rolls and sparkling grape juice left for us to enjoy. They went well with coffee in the morning. 😊 Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We would love to go again sometime.

Just what a couple fishermen needed as our headquarters for a couple days. The boat parking can be a little tight but workable if you're good with the trailer and nice to be inside a well lit shop for getting ready for the next day. Nice and clean and had everything we needed.
