We spent a perfect couple of days at the Dodge. Hamish was great at communicating before we arrived, and although he wasn’t there during our stay we were warmly welcomed by a neighbour who was very helpful. The Dodge is so unusual and spending time there was a pleasure. So calm, peaceful and relaxing! Thank you.

The "Love Boat" is a charming and peaceful spot; perfect for a weekend getaway. The space was clean, the views were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Gia was an outstanding host. She went above and beyond, providing clear instructions for check-in and helpful details about the amenities. On top of that, she shared excellent local recommendations for dining and unique places to explore during our stay. I truly couldn't have asked for a better host. I only hope my future stays are as great as this one. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time on Peter's houseboat. The location is great. Only a 15 minute walk to the station and the center yet incredibly peaceful. Everything we needed was available and we enjoyed the first rays of the spring sun on the dock in front of the houseboat. The daily visit from a group of geese was quite the highlight for our little boy. Peter welcomed us when we first arrived and was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We explored the corners of Utrecht and beyond with the bike and can only recommend this lovely city. So many beautiful historic buildings, lovely canals and quaint little cafes and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Our three night stay at Kim’s place was excellent. The houseboat is well designed and immaculate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Kim was always responsive to any questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the turtles and birds. There are many restaurants in Sanford or just stay at the harbor and eat at the deli or the bar. We would love to stay again.

What an idyllic experience. Truly the best experience surrounded by nature- water, tree line, loons, etc. Nothing quite like waking up to 2 loons outside your float, the sun beaming in and the calm sounds of water, or going to sleep with a sky full of stars and the milky way beaming down on you. The boat was so quaint, so functional and everything you need for a relaxing stay, including two very powerful gas stoves good for cooking most meals, and a nice warm shower while you look out into the pond. It was a very easy paddle to shore if you wanted to go out for food, or for daytime adventures. Also a very gentle paddle around the pond for exploration. Rheanna was fantastic- responsive, welcoming and easy to get along with. She was very accommodating and we are very grateful we got to stay on her boathouse. It was a very easy and comfortable stay, so for those feeling apprehensive about the challenges of life on a boat, I wouldn't worry. The highest of recommendations! We'll be back!

I cannot recommend this boat enough. I wish I was back there right now! What a lovely surprise that it's even better than the photos. Extremely clean, excellent finish, very unique and an overall beautiful space. Location is lovely, a short walk to everything and easy tram access if you don't feel like walking. Leaving the best till last... Sietske is a wonderful and kind host. She couldn't do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you so much for helping make a big birthday even more special!!

Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Alles funktional und vorhanden. Mit dem Sprinterzug ab Bahnhof in 15 Minuten in Amsterdam Central(8,20€ hin und zurück). Jeden Abend schön am Deck auf die Gracht geschaut. 👍👍

What a unique and lovely place. My first time on a house boat & loved it! Everyone at the marina was so nice, great parking close to the place. Don’t worry about the small space, it’s larger than a standard hotel room and it has a full size fridge, washer dryer, and modern appliances. I can’t wait to book this again!

The house boat was truly a unique and enjoyable experience. The “locals” living at the marina were very chatty and friendly. All around it was a wonderful atmosphere and an exciting memory!

Loved having a different/unique place to stay while in Door county. The houseboat is literally next to the steel bridge but noise was not a problem. What I had not counted on was the very gentle swaying of the boat though this did not affect our stay at all. The beds were very comfortable, the houseboat was clean. The directions to get there were detailed and clear. Loved sitting up on the deck watching the world go by! We did have one issue while we were there, Mary was incredible responsive and the issue was solved promptly! Loved the guy who came to resolve the issue, he was full of local history and information! Great experience!

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!

We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay on a houseboat while in Amsterdam and Fern's home was comfortable and relaxing. It was also nice to see a less touristy side of the city - it's an easy tram ride from the city center. Pepper was quite charming and we were delighted with her presence and the patio was a little oasis. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more authentic stay.

The house boat is really incredible. Everything you will need for your stay, you will find there. From kitchen appliances, to comfy blankets, great TVs in all rooms, great WiFi, towels etc etc. Incredibly clean, stunning views, great jacuzzi, dog friendly with a little fort to rest, doggie wipes, bowls, toy. My Dexter had the best time.. Very easy instructions to get there. Everything is well labeled so finding things was a breeze. We were able to see dolphins every day, loved using the kayaks and simply relax on the upper deck or the back of the boat watching the incredible sunsets. Natalie was incredible and communication was 10/10. We will be back!

Great place - perfect location on the water, walkable to several restaurants and other activities. Everything in the house was clean and in great shape. Really nice covered deck overlooking the water. Kirby was extremely responsive to our questions. We plan to return and highly recommend this property.

This place is amazing! Fantastic view and super clean inside and out! Owner is very proactive, simple, and responsive. We will be back every year at least. This is top 5 if not the best place to stay in Venice. Thank you again!

Beautiful houseboat exactly like in the pictures. Being the end unit, it has the best view of the river and Battleship North Carolina. It also has better privacy and access convenience to the community picnic area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was perfect!

The construction across the water was a little distracting, but dock was quiet at night. We were first users this season so a few observations: would be nice to have darker curtains in bedroom due to lights on the dock at night. Parking was easy. None of the other boat owners bothered us. The host was responsive to all our questions. It is a small space, so good for what we wanted but would want more space for a longer stay. Would do a short stay again.

The place was exactly what we expected. Absolutely lovely, nice and clean, easy to find. The children enjoyed our stay. The host was very informative and we had no problems at all. My mobile signal was very poor there, though, and the WIFI on the boat was not working at all. So, be prepared for it.

Had a great stay! Clear communication regarding parking - it’s about a 2 block walk but not difficult at all and plenty of available spaces. The cove is close to a handful of great restaurants and an easy 15-20 min walk to the historic core of downtown.

We had a great time! It was peaceful and nice to wake up every morning with the sunrise! The weather was beautiful so getting out onto/into the water was easy and fun! I do have to say, if spiders make you uncomfortable, then maybe not the best place for you :) It was a super cute spot and fun to be right on the water!! We really had an awesome weekend!

This is the second time we stayed here and loved it as much as the first. Sad to hear this gem is being sold. We love it and the prime location—so much so, we asked Ray for info. This place was my favorite AirBnB to date! So amazing! So relaxing! Thanks again!
