Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Η Magnolia είναι ένα άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στην πλατεία Γεωργίου στο κέντρο της Πάτρας! Με τη μοναδική θέα του θεάτρου Απόλλων (έργο του Ερνέστου Τσίλλερ). Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2020 με διακόσμηση σε μινιμαλιστικό ύφος. Ο γνωστός street artist Taish έβαλε την υπογραφή του στο graffiti που δεσπόζει στο χώρο. I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.
