The Oak Room

The Burrell House has been lovingly restored, combining historic charm with the modern amenities. We're an easy 2 blck walk to dntwn Keene, in the Monadnock region. There are indoor and outdoor common areas for all guests to enjoy. The small and unique Oak Room offers a private entrance , an alcove queen bed, temp control, cable, wi-fi, private parking, and a private full bath. Fresh cotton towels, soaps, and shampoos are provided. The room has a counter, mini fridge, micro, and coffeemaker.

Enjoy a private room & bathroom with tub in the historic Chester Inn, circa 1780. This charming property is conveniently located on Main St in walking distance to restaurants, shops & galleries (please see guidebook for recommendations!). Public hiking/snowshoeing trails can be entered right through the backyard & Okemo mountain is just a short drive away! EV charging is close by (in the public lot on Cobleigh St) Although the building is bed & breakfast style we do not provide breakfast.

Albany airport, -Amtrak Train Station. We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices.

The king canopy bed -made with handcrafted logs- exudes pure rugged beauty, and the raised hearth gas fireplace features natural fieldstone. Room amenities include a Kohler soaking tub set under a skylight facing expansive views, a large deck with expansive views, a comfy sitting area, and a large private bath with two sinks and a double shower.

This stylish suite has a living room with couch and a 50” Roku TV with kitchenette! Although no stovetop, there’s an air-fryer, toaster, crock-pot, blender and microwave! A private bedroom space is the second room with two full-size beds and a desk. There’s a queen-size murphy-bed, plus the couch! The Horizon Inn is being renovated, so the outside, is getting some final touches, and the lobby is closed. Construction will not effect your stay!

1843 Safe House - Detective En Suite

Stay in this one-of-a-kind place. Recently renovated historical 1843 County Safe House has three individual suites with their own private bathrooms plus a shared kitchenette, seating area and game room. Located in downtown Newport, close to Mount and Lake Sunapee and several area hospitals. Centrally located to several shops, restaurants, a gym and grocery store.
