Perfect place to go to Clemson University Memorial Stadium. Minutes away from Pendelton, a Mayberry like town with great restaurants. South Carolina State Parks close by. This was a Perfect location for everything we wanted to do.

I only have good things to say about this place! I worked with Margo (the co-host) on having our engagement photoshoot and she was very friendly and nice about the whole thing! Unfortunately, my fiancé and I weren't able to sleep overnight, however, we loved the place so much that we are so so excited to come back and fully enjoy every ounce of relaxation that this place offers! The hosts were so thoughtful that they even left 4 dog bowls for our 4 dogs SHOULD we have decided to bring them :) we ended up not bringing any, but the thoughtful touch & ease of working with them about the pets and shoot was one of the nicest and easiest I've experienced yet. One small heads up about the eco shared bathroom! It didn't bother us at all, but it seems to literally be a hole deeeep down in the ground with ground limestone (I think) powder to pour into it to cover after yourself. Honestly, I prefer that over any portopotty ever lol. It was SUPER clean. No complaints! Just different:) very eco:)

We adored the Studio! Lovely outdoor deck and view with lots of white squirrel watching. The room is perfectly set and so comfortable. All linens, decor and equipment are tasteful and great quality. Plus we found breakfasts a big, delicious plus! Tracie and Daniel are great company and clearly exceptional hosts. We’ll definitely stay again.

I could not have been happier with this location. The interior was almost like a human doll house. My friends and I had a great time roasting marshmallows over the fire, swinging as high as we could on the tire swing, and saying hello to the livestock guardian dog. We even had a bear sighting! Not to mention the responsive host, Jana, helping us with any questions we had. This all made my 23rd birthday super special.

Jayne sent me timely updates with very specific directions on how to check in. The only time i saw her was as i pulled up, she was tending the garden, which is beautiful. The cottage is very charming and my dogs were totally comfortable the whole time. Its 5 minutes from town and just a couple minutes from the highway to Asheville which is less than 15 minutes away. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal. Super comfy couch and bed. There are many different ways to regulate the temperature you want in both spaces with ceiling fans to keep the air well circulated. The back yard is fenced and spacious and the dogs liked it as well. I would highly recomend it and Jayne and Stan are good folks. I look forward to staying there again in the future. DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

We just stayed at the Dream Rock Silo bungalow for the 6th time, and every visit has been wonderful. Karen and Bill always make us feel like family. They are exceptional hosts, and their attention to detail and their creativity are amazing. The bungalow is super clean, comfortable, well-crafted, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Outside is always peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views, gardens, rocks, and a stream. We love the very friendly, entertaining shepherds, Max and Joe, who spend every waking minute on our covered patio and in the yard playing ball. The sweet older husky, Folger, also spends time with us and gives us a “lean in”. We rarely leave the property and didn’t leave at all this time. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to get back to Dream Rock.

Beautiful Smokey Mtn location without the congestion of many other areas. Great view. Comfortable accommodations. Very responsive host.

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at The Big Red Barn! We stayed in Unit #3 which is an efficiency room & it was perfect for us, we were there to ride! Tony took the opportunity to show us the newest 2 bedroom option they have available and it was beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying at Shelby's barn. We would have moved in if we could have. Shelby was thoughtful, and considerate to not only designing this property but also to us and our stay. We drove across country to explore the area including Grayson Highlands State Park (VA) and could not have asked for a better basecamp for all of our adventures. But we also did not want to leave to property - sitting on the deck relaxing, drinking coffee in the morning, or wine in the evening. Shelby was also open to our two dogs joining us. And they could not have asked for a better place to stay either - grass to enjoy playing in, a deck to nap on - it was so enjoyable for all of us. We are thankful to have met Shelby during our stay. She is such a wonderful person and host. And we recommend visiting her store in town - also a lovely space. A great place to either pick things up or sit down and spend time. I can't say enough good things about Shelby or her property. We will definitely be back.

The host was super quick to get internet up and running after a storm and internet was more than sufficient for our needs. The scenery/surroundings were magnificent. Convenient to small local restaurants and the event we attended. Will be staying there again very soon.

Our stay was fantastic. The barndo offered so much room for our group, and was even better than the pictures indicated. Our host opened up the downstairs bar area for us while we were out fishing, & we had a blast. The weather didn't cooperate with us, but we were able to really enjoy ourselves while at the ranch. We usually have a difficult time finding a place with enough parking for all our trucks & trailers, but not here. More than enough room to accommodate us all. Anytime we come to visit Laurel Lake we'll be hoping Coyote Moon Ranch is available.

Insanely amazing stay!! So peaceful and calm to be surrounded by such beautiful nature and animals all around you. Waking up to the cows was an amazing sight and great way to start the day. The hosts themselves were so friendly and helpful with all the recommendations, this place is worth it 110% I can’t wait to come back!

Very private and cozy stay! Enough room for my husband and I to both work remotely for two weeks and have our own little space. Comfortable bed in the primary bedroom! The only downside is no windows in the kitchen / living room/ dining room. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

We had a family weekend over Easter and Evan‘s place was perfect. There is so much space and lots of character. We enjoyed every room of the house from the sunroom to the loft with sofas and a pool table and the upstairs porch as well as the hot tub. The location is only a few minutes from town but very private with amazing views. Evan was a fantastic host even overnighting new remotes when we couldn’t find one for one of the TVs. He answered every question promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the cottage. It is completely cozy and charming. The bed is extremely comfortable, with very nice bedding. Carolyn has thought of and included everything that you can imagine needing. There is a lovely porch swing on the screened in porch, with a beautiful peaceful view of trees and passing deer. Carolyn is quick to respond to all messages very helpful. The cottage is only 10 minutes from Dahlonega, which is such a cute town with good food. There are many wineries in the area and they were fun and interesting to visit. This is definitely one of, if not our favorite airbnb so far.

Beautiful setting. Great option for Hampton since there are few hotels nearby. I would recommend to anyone who needs a nice clean place to stay.

We had an amazing time I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more , it as just the size we needed to house our son’s wedding party (5 groomsmen plus my family,it was nice having everyone together it was a wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our Easter weekend with family. Very secluded and beautiful property. Quick drive to grocery, restaurants and parks. Highly recommended for a peaceful weekend in nature !

We absolutely loved staying in this house - it was so cozy and charming, the fireplace kept us warm, it was a quiet location, super clean. The kitchen had everything and more. Lots of extra linens and towels. And we were pleasantly surprised to find a cabinet full of kids toys, books, and games that our little one was so thrilled about. Perfect spot for a family getaway.

fantastic place, so peaceful and beautiful. the cabin was well supplied, it was close to plenty of hiking and waterfalls, fishing really any outdoor stuff we wanted. I really hope to come back. one of, if not my favorite airbnbs to date.

Wonderful, private getaway lots of deer and turkey to watch. Close to Fries, perfect place for us to stay for the New River Trail Race.
