The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! This rammed-earth villa is located on the highest point of the property with sweeping views of the coastline as far as the eye can see. The slow combustion fireplace, a huge Villeroy & Boch bathtub, & the complete solitude make this house the ultimate honeymooners’ delight. Sky House is also pleased to accept pets! There's a small fee of $65 per booking to cover additional cleaning costs when bringing a pet (to be paid directly). A limit of one small to medium pet per reservation applies.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

The Plover is a one bedroom apartment suitable for a couple ( no infants/kids )wanting a simple, quiet, getaway. Fully self contained, it has a queen size comfy bed with king size quilt etc, a fully renovated bathroom & kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, small portable electric oven and the usual assortment of kitchen goodies. A small sheltered deck with a BBQ is perfect for preparing a dinner and enjoying a glass of wine. The Plover comes with Sheet Society linen supplied.
