We welcome dogs with a secure, private garden and a maze of beautiful walks on our doorstep, including a footpath to the pub! Enjoy the hot tub, BBQ & outdoor dining area in the summer, or enjoy a bracing walk & cosy down by the log burner in the winter!

A beautifully converted former stables dating back to the early 1800s, The Little Duke is a perfect escape for two. Set on the grounds of Duke House, you have your own private terrace overlooking the garden, an orchard for your exclusive use, and access to 2 acres of peaceful Suffolk countryside. Inside, a generous open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen leads to a super-king bedroom with an ensuite upstairs. Thoughtfully designed with calm colours and considered details throughout.

The hut consists of a ground floor living room and bedroom with a second mezzanine bedroom, accessed by ladder. Both bedrooms have king-sized mattresses. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests if required. There is a canopy covered dining/cooking area with a four-ringed gas stove. Lit by solar lights in the evening. The lighting is powered by solar with four fast-charging USB sockets. There is free wifi. There are shared, wood-fired showers, compost loos, peaceful.

Ditch Studio is a self contained, contemporary extension to an 18th century workers cottage on the Henham estate ( home to Latitude festival ). A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.
