Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

As you enter the backyard you'll see a small patio with a table and 2 chairs. The apartment has an open-concept living area and kitchenette. Just beyond the living area is a full bathroom and spacious bedroom with a Roku TV. Attractions include Smith Point Beach (5 min), Shopping at Tanger Outlet (15 min) and local restaurants. Easy access to NY-27 & 495.

We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!
