Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. This is a full apartment for guests to stay a day or a week. It has a full bath, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Coffee machine with coffee caddy. There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).
