Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just miles from Horseneck Beach. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Our HARBOR SUITE: stay in Newport's most desirable hot spot! 🐶💕. Our recently renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo sits directly on Thames Street. The rental also comes with one off-street FREE parking space within 300 feet of our property. Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. Don't worry about getting around, you're an easy walk to ALL. Beautifully decorated. AC in living room & bed room

Cozy Home next to City Park

Just 10 min south of Downtown Providence, this gracious home is a true oasis tucked into a gorgeous city park. With three spacious bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and airy porches mere steps away from the city zoo and walking trails - you'll have room for everyone and lots to do! Guests can access a home gym, hot tub, grill, and fireplace when the nights are chilly. You have a fully stocked kitchen, picnic, and beach equipment access, and dining/coffee within walking distance.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Lovely 1st floor apartment adjacent to our main residence. This one bedroom apartment features a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Also available is a full size pull out sofa. Enjoy views of the garden. Great location! 2 min walk to Starbucks/Shaw’s grocery/CVS. 15 minute walk to Barrington Beach. Hop on the East Bay Bike path and ride into Providence or down to Bristol. Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

Warren Garden Apartment 5 day minimum

Historic Italianate house garden apartment two steps below street level, in the heart of historic waterfront village. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this is an artists house and reflects an artists touch. Right on the Bicycle Path and hosts own nearby Warren CiderWorks with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and food truck Taco Box right next door. Beach a few blocks away , Ocean beaches as close as 40 minutes. Bicycle rentals available in nearby Bristol.

The Thames St. And Brick Market Shopping areas are a 10 minute walk as are the wharves where you can catch a sunset cruise or grab a waterside cocktail or two.
