Number 16 is a cosy C19 cottage that sleeps 4 adults, plus a baby/infant in 2 bedrooms, 1 king + 1 double. Located in Wingfield village, with a popular pub to walk to, it’s ideal for exploring Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat Safari Park. Nearby train stations offer easy access to Bath. The cottage has central heating. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (no cats), with gardens at the front and back. Parking for 2 cars is available, and I look forward to offering all guests a warm welcome.

A fantastic base to explore Bradford-on-Avon, the city of Bath and its historic surrounding areas such as Wells and the Cotswolds.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

The Hall Cottage is located in the picturesque village of Freshford. A bright and cheery three bedroom cottage, it is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside or to simply relax by the fire or in the stunning walled garden. With an award-winning village pub a short stroll down the hill, a village shop and cafe, as well as Iford Manor with its renowned gardens just a stones throw away, there is plenty to do. You can also arrange to play tennis at the neighboring Hall.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Tucked away off the main road and up a short, steep lane this beautiful home is a peaceful haven with main train station, award-winning restaurants, pubs, quaint boutique shops and delis a gentle amble downhill.

It is within easy walking distance of the traditional country pub, ideal for a drink or a meal, and only a six minute walk to the train station (ten minutes to Bath), or the weekday bus to Bath.
