Dog-friendly garden cottage near Broads & beaches

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Wren Cottage

Wren cottage is a unique, one-bedroom, self-contained property with its own private garden set within the grounds of Boundary Stables. A perfect hideaway with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. This cosy cottage is a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and take a stroll a long the wonderful North Norfolk Coast by foot, bike or car. Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

Close to beaches, pubs and restaurants. The Hideaway is central to exploring the North Norfolk Coastline.

Thatch Dyke

A recently refurbished cosy family hideaway with own kitchen and living area. 3 comfortable bedrooms available, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom and shower. This comfortable cottage is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and 2 well behaved dogs.. There is a private garden terrace with a BBQ. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Can sleep up to 4, king size bed plus sofa bed that pulls out to king size and good quality single Z-bed. Cot and highchair available upon request. Dogs allowed by prior arrangement, dog crate also available upon request. WiFi and Sky television and walking distance to the beautiful Norfolk Coast. Lovely enclosed astroturned front garden, sun chairs and gas BBQ available upon request. Off street parking in private driveway.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Charming seaside escape

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. There is wifi,TV a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Eccles is a quiet secluded seaside resort which is located on the Norfolk Coastal Path. The chalet is a two minute walk from the beach which is quiet and unspoilt. There is a large fenced garden with a secluded patio seating area and garden shelter.

Lobster Cottage is a stunning coastal cottage built in 1865, nestled in the tiny village of Lessingham. The Star Inn & Restaurant is but six minutes walk away, fine dining at Ingham Swan is 1 mile away, and the glorious Sea Palling sand dunes and beach are a 10 minute drive / 30 minutes walk. A coastal cottage you can call home. Perfect for a beach holiday, romantic breaks, bird watching and walking. Relax. Refresh. Revitalise.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!

Grove Stables, popular with couples and small families, is the perfect place to relax in secluded countryside surroundings and explore all that North Norfolk has to offer from a central location.
