We chose the location for a short weekend break primarily due to its proximity to Sequoia Park. It was perfect. Clean, spacious and very well appointed. The proximity of restaurants and shopping was a bonus. Definitely recommend. Thanks Alena for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage, it was quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. It was a perfect location she an archery tournament we attended. We would definitely stay again

We had a great stay at this place! It was exactly as advertised, super clean and cozy, and perfectly convenient to get to Kings Canyon/Sequoia. The hosts were helpful and communicative. I would recommend this spot highly.

Jared's property was just outside Sequoia National Park which made for quick access for our daily outings. Property was excellent for our group of 8 adults as we cooked out on the covered porch area and were very close to restaurants in Three Rivers. House was very clean and comfortable. WOW! Is all I can say about this beautiful place. It was a dream to stay here and I can’t wait to stay here again and again. The town is so cute and peaceful. The home itself is beautiful and the scenery at the house alone made the trip worth it! Not very far from Sequoia and the Cat Haven is so close and a must do.

Wonderful home to stay at - we loved the decor (specifically the plants!). Was <15 minutes away from a bunch of food options and a good spot for us to explore the Sierra Foothills / Sequoia National Park.

This is a hidden gem. Imagine a near new house at the end of the road, yet in a complex of maybe 10 other similar rentals. You cannot see your neighbor, yet you feel secure. You are at the end of the road, yet only a minute from the main highway. In back of the house there is a little stream. The frogs are chirping. a rabbit comes out to feed, and a couple of quail as well. Now to the house... Perfectly clean. Modern, well equipped. This is not a rustic cabin in the woods. This is a full fledged small house in the woods with all the amenities you expect. The host as fantastic in communications, and even left a couple fresh baked cookies. Entry was easy peasy with a code provided for the door. There was even a notebook with places to eat, things to do, wifi information, etc... All in all a great experience.

We had a great stay, the place felt genuinely authentic and full of character. It really gave us a sense of the local charm!

Super responsive and friendly hosts! Helped with restaurants recommendations and party planning, even mailed items to us we accidentally left behind! Home is on cute street in Porterville and centrally located.
