Highcliff Cottage at Luccombe is a dream holiday retreat, secluded and tranquil. A 100m high clifftop garden oasis overlooking Sandown Bay and the south of England. Relax on the deck, listen to the bird song and breathe in the fresh air. Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. With sunny outdoor spaces to the front and rear it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy. We can also provide discounted ferry travel on booking.

Quaint Coach House Cottage in the heart of the IOW

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines.
