Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

No cleaning fee This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita Falls. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access.
