Outside is where this property truly shines. Relax on your private oceanfront patio with comfortable seating and a fire pit, spend the afternoon by the shared pool, or take just a few steps onto the beach to watch the sunrise, fish, surf, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. Your lower-level accommodations are private, allowing you to enjoy your vacation while knowing someone is nearby if needed. The owner and his son live upstairs in a separate residence with their own private entrance. The pool is shared between the lower-level home and the attached apartment. The ocean-side sliding glass door locks from the inside only. It is intended primarily as an exit to the beach and cannot be unlocked from outside. This property does not have 3 masters suites: they have their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Our Daytona beach home is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in Wilbur by the Sea and has breathtaking ocean views from every room in house! Wilbur, is a small, quiet, residential beach town located 2 ½ miles north of Historical Ponce Inlet and less than 7 miles south of the famous boardwalk in the heart of Daytona Beach! A unique feature of our location is that we're a condo-free section of beach designated as a “turtle nesting area”: no motorized vehicles, few tourists, privacy, serenity, and security.

Ocean Front in Ponce Inlet (Daytona / New Smyrna)

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.

This beach paradise is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. Daytona Beach Airport and Daytona Speedway are 20 minutes away. You will want to return year after year! Our condo is not the best suited for children under 5. No pets, please.
