The closest access to the river is only 10 mins away at Matson Park! After a day of exploring, enjoy your hot tub with a wooded view or stargaze by the shared fire pit. Cozy Detached Guest Quarters

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

You will have space to roam surrounded by nature and a piece of the beautiful Rogue Valley. This property is wooded with its own miniature nature trail along Alder Creek so you enjoy early morning walks with the song birds. * A side note about the area; it is prone to possible power outages when it is very Hot and or windy due to wildfire possibility.

The Cozy Cabin is filled with thoughtful touches, from throw blankets to high quality linens and towels, selected to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Yurt on the Applegate

Hot tub is back up and running.. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.
