Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Everything has been remodeled, with an all-new kitchenette and a fully refurbished bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for one or two people! The twin-size sofa bed can also accommodate a third person. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land.
