This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
