The Guest Suite is a large sunny space on the main floor which has no other bedrooms. The suite includes private use of the Queen bedroom, and the living room, sofa, big leather chair, smart TV and fireplace, and use of the attached bathroom, (except when I use it for the washer/dryer, which is a rare, so unless guests are staying for an extended period, that will likely not happen during their stay). Guest suite also has own front door access and two parking spots in front of the house

Beautiful completely furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a private driveway and deck. Less than a half hour from skiing and 5 min away from snowmobile trails. It is located along the west river where every summer you can go tubing, swimming, or kayaking. Across the river is a bike/walking path that leads right to the Marina restaurant on Putney Rd in Brattleboro. Snow, sledding in our back yard, or just cozying up with board games; or playing the upright piano; or glorious fall bicycling or leaf peeping--Riverside has it all!!

Welcome to Three Streams, in the beautiful southern VT & NH borderlands. Nestled in a hollow between Parker & Coburn Hills in historic Rockingham, VT, our property is tranquil, rural and close to numerous area attractions (~30min. to skiing at Okemo & Magic; ~45min. to Bromley & Sunapee).
