This private space is quietly tucked away in a stand of pines in the woods alongside Bryant Hill Creek. This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.

Houghton Brookside Retreat

Relax in this spacious, serene space, surrounded by nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck. Perfect for a get-away; close to hiking, hunting, fly fishing, skiing. Walking distance to Houghton University. In the well appointed and stocked kitchen you will be greeted by homemade bread, coffee, fruit, and breakfast essentials. This private space is on the lower level so guests must be able to navigate a set of stairs. Off-street parking.

This unique place has a style all its own. This 1BR space "delivers" when it comes to comfort and convenience. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Has a deck if you would like to just relax or enjoy a meal. This cozy space is on the second story so if you have a hard time with stairs sadly we aren't the place for you. Try us out, you won't be disappointed!!

This old house has the grandparents house clean cozy feel, small kitchen, laundry, dining area and living room, both bedrooms have 1 new quality mattress each, this location only has 2 queen beds but also does have a pull out couch and a flex steel sofa w 2 loungers.
