The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. In the heart of lower Wivenhoe on the quay, our little self-contained cottage was once part of the home of The Colne Marine and Yacht Company. Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. Emma and Charlie welcome guests back time after time to relax and enjoy this very special place. We hope you will join them.

We are offering a comfortable modern guest suite in the riverside town of Wivenhoe. The room is a guest suite on the ground floor in our family home and you will have complete privacy. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob. There is a smartTV as well as WiFi.
