Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, charcoal grill in back porch for cook out or plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. The backyard has a garden and fenced in area for dogs to play. Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Yoga studio next door.

We offer a coffee/espresso machine, fully stocked kitchen, plush comfy bathrobes, aromatherapy vaporizer w essential oils, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top king sized beds in both bedrooms each w four pillows, a large covered deck w privacy curtains, twinkle lights, a bistro set, and a fenced back yard. This is the downstairs of a brand new green built duplex, on the future Woodfin greenway which will connect with the French Broad River recreational area. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed in the living area that can be made private with a room divider curtain. We are right off of 19/23 and Interstate 26, 5 minutes to downtown Asheville and 5 minutes to Weaverville. The kitchen has a microwave and a cooktop, no oven.
