Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

It's an ideal place to get away and be reinvigorated in comfort. Enjoy calming walks around the property, relax by the river, go for a paddle, toast marshmallows in the fire pit or have a BBQ at the water's edge.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

Situé à 40 mètres du ruisseau dans le beau village de pêcheurs de Patonga. Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Le Boathouse Hotel, qui possède son célèbre restaurant, se trouve à 5 minutes à pied. Avec de nombreuses promenades magnifiques brousse, la pêche, la natation, le kayak, le vélo ou tout simplement se détendre au milieu du ruisseau et regarder la marée entrer et sortir il ya quelque chose pour tout le monde. Juste une heure et demie en voiture de Sydney.

Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world. High ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and an open plan layout allows you to enjoy the surroundings, no matter what the elements. We are located on the east side of the island where you can watch the first rays of the day rise above the surrounding clifftops.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
