Idealne na reset i złapanie dobrej energii- miejsce ma cudowny vibe. Hostka wspaniała – ciepła, pomocna i serdeczna, co tylko dopełniło całego doświadczenia. My jesteśmy zachwyceni i na pewno wrócimy. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt!

This is very astonishing place, where you could find peace and feel right as home. Beautiful house right in the woods, friendly and helpful host - in this case that more than enough to make your stay really relaxing and recharge you. Definitely can recommend, experience 100% worth it!

Cudowne miejsce! Dom jest bardzo klimatyczny, czyściutki a okolica przepiękna i spokojna. Wszystko wyglada jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach! Nie nudziliśmy się, gdy była piękna pogoda, a także gdy padał deszcz, ponieważ w domu jest mnóstwo udogodnień, gier i książek. My oraz nasze psy bardzo dziękujemy Panu Marcinowi za cenne wskazówki spacerowe oraz bardzo miły pobyt w prawdziwym Raju w Lesie ;)

Cudowne miejsce! Piękny, dobrze wyposażony domek, w którym można odpocząć od codziennego pędu. Okolica zielona, spokojna, samochodem można podjechać na pobliską plażę. Pan Łukasz polecił znakomitą Gospodę Pazibroda, w której było pyszne jedzenie. Kontakt z gospodarzem idealny, bez żadnych problemów. Serdecznie polecam!

To idealne miejsce, by naprawdę odetchnąć od codzienności. Sam domek, choć niewielki z zewnątrz, zaskakuje przestronnością i przemyślanym wykorzystaniem każdego metra. Niczego tu nie brakuje – wszystko jest dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Okolica zachwyca spokojem i pięknem natury – przez cały dzień słychać śpiew ptaków, który tworzy kojącą atmosferę. Nigdzie nie spałam tak dobrze jak tutaj – zwykle w nowym miejscu budzę się bardzo wcześnie, a tu przespałam noc spokojnie, jak dziecko. To miejsce naprawdę ma w sobie coś magicznego.

Miejsce - wokół pola i lasy, jednak jak zabraknie Ci jajek do ulubionym klusek dzieciaków to można liczyć na sąsiadów, których domy położone są nieopodal. Wspaniały klimat i wykończenie - cała rodzina czuliśmy się tam wyjątkowo dobrze. Wspaniałe miejsce. Detale wykończenia domu i werandy działają kreatywnie na głowę i sposób spędzania czasu. Nie możemy się doczekać jak do Was wrócimy. Po tym jednym pobycie to zdecydowanie nasze ulubione miejsce. Polecamy w 100%.

Jakub’s cottage is beautiful, perfectly located 40 min from Warsaw, and with shops nearby. The barbecue is very nice and ready to be used. We liked the fact that there were 2 fridges, so space was never an issue. The beds are comfortable and clean linings are provided. Overall a very nice place to stay for a few nights! The only minus I would say is the water that comes out yellowish, but clean enough to wash ourselves and the dirty dishes.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Gospodarz komunikatywny. Wiele drobnych udogodnień przemyślnych przez gospodarza jak zestaw do szybkich poprawek krawieckich. Mieszkanie czyste i w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Parking ogólnodostępny na zamkniętej drodze. Podczas przyjazdu nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Mieszkanie w dobrze skomunikowanej okolicy a jednocześnie cichej i zielonej.

When I read the reviews about this accommodation, I realized that I would feel good here. Because the hosts are very attentive, and if any questions arise, they help to resolve them. And that's how it turned out. Huge thanks for the hospitality. The house has a very convenient location, close to the old town, attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The Wedel café nearby has very delicious hot chocolate. We enjoyed the local cuisine at Zapiecek. At the same time, it’s not too noisy at night. Yes, you can hear cars passing by sometimes. The apartment has everything you might need. The hosts pay great attention to detail. It's comfortable in winter, and the heating can be adjusted. The only downside for me was that the mattress was hard. If you are traveling with a group, note that the hosts have another studio apartment in the same building on the first floor. By the way, it has a very comfortable mattress for sleeping. Thank you!

Чудове помешкання! До центру 20 хвилин автобусом. Легко знайти. Виглядає навіть краще ніж на фото. Я дійсно почувалась як вдома! Єва ввічива та швидко відповідала, а її квартира дуже цікава - багато картин та гарних деталей - все було супер! Рекомендую, та буду рада побувати там ще раз :)

Zdecydowanie polecam! Mieszkanie z duszą i klimatem ✨ Na wejsciu od razu ujął mnie zapach. Piękny widok z tarasu, czysto i ciepło. Wszystko co potrzebne bylo na miejscu, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Polecam i dodaje do ulubionych ☺️

Der Aufenthalt bei Agata war wahnsinnig toll! Sie hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen, uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war flexibel und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war eine richtige Wohlfühloase - angefangen von den vielen Pflanzen über eine super ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu schönen Details in jedem Raum. Eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in einer günstigen Lage, von wo man schnell ins Zentrum kommt oder den Stadtteil erkunden kann. Unser Urlaub war dadurch extrem erholsam und schön - Ich würde defintiv zurückkommen und Agatas Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

This is a great find. It's a charming and stylish flat well located in the city. It's a short bus ride or reasonable walk from the old city and there are lots of great bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Tola was a great host too!

We really enjoyed our month stay here. The flat is spacious and well equipped. There is everything you need to cook. The bathroom is huge and the there are two layers of curtains in the bedroom for a good sleep. There is balcony all around the living room where we enjoyed warm evenings. The location of the flat is really good, it faces lots of greenery along the train lines and there are no other building in front when looking out of the window. There are plenty of shops are restaurants nearby. Communication with Adam was easy. We definitely recommend this place.

It was a great vacation) The apartment is located in the center of Warsaw. It was quite hot these days, but the absence of air-conditioners didn’t make us feel bad because there were good fans in bedrooms. Highly recommend this place ❤️

a great Place to stay in warsaw. nice, clean, great location. Small kitchen, everything you need. there is one bed and one sleeping Couch in one room; so if you are 4 people just be aware that you will sleep in the Same room.

Чудове, чисте, дуже зручне помешкання. Дуже гостинний господар, завжди готовий допомогти. Обов'язково повернемось сюди ще. Дякуємо!

It was very lovely experience to stay, easy to check-in and shiny clean. All species for home cooking lovers and selection of teas for your enjoyment. Luxury neighborhood with easy transport access. Have a great time with good books and quality rock'n roll! There's home sweet home:)

I enjoyed my stay at Royal Park very much. It was the first time in my life that I traveled completely alone. I felt very safe at the apartment and in the neighborhood, so everything got better from there. The apartment really had everything that anyone could want: comfy bed, comfy couch , modern appliances, tasteful decor, good lighting, and a very nice balcony. It was quiet and new. At first I thought that transportation from there might be a bit difficult, but it was really easy to take the bus 107 or 119 to almost anywhere. And for a little bit of a walk, you can catch the number 11 tram. I was so pleased with it all. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
